Pilates Sheen & Richmond is a Pilates business in South West London. Two Pilates studios specialising in Pilates equipment personal training. Our locations are in East Sheen, London and Richmond upon Thames. Both studios are fully equipped with Pilates reformers, trapeze tables, Pilates wunda chairs and all the small props. Our instructors are expert at teaching you from beginner to advanced on all the apparatus. We also offer Clinical Pilates by physiotherapist Ellen Ernstzen for rehabilitation following surgery, injury or for those with more complex medical needs.
